Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Financial Janitor offers a 7-day free trial on all paid subscription plans. No charge is made during the trial period. You may cancel anytime before the trial ends at no cost.

2. Subscription Refunds

After the trial period ends and a charge is made, refunds are available within 48 hours of the billing date. To request a refund, contact us at support.financialjanitor@gmail.com with your account email and reason.

3. What We Don't Refund

• Partial subscription periods beyond 48 hours of the charge date
• Annual subscriptions after 7 days from the purchase date
• Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service

4. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions may be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no refund is available for the remaining period.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
